    Lewis is co-CEO of BRAE.
    He designs and delivers transformation initiatives. Prior to founding BRAE, he spent 17 years working in large multinational companies, most recently as Head of Sustainability at a large pharmaceutical company. His career has spanned sustainability, corporate finance, strategy, transformation, supply chain, and value chain innovation.

With a background in the creative industries, she brings a design-led approach to strategic convening, helping organisations navigate transition, unlock innovation, and deliver practical change.
