International Transition Plan Network Dialogue

At the end of May BRAE’s co-CEO Suzy travelled to the Villars Institute in Switzerland with the International Transition Plan Network and a group of policymakers, regulators, supervisors, civil society representatives, and academics from across Africa, the Asia-Pacific, Europe, Latin America, and North America.

Over three days, she facilitated buoyant, wide-ranging conversations covering topics including:

  • Global progress on transition plans by standard setters, regulators and policymakers

  • How transition plans can be used as a tool to support different policy and regulatory decisions

  • Scaling transition finance through transition plans

  • Information flows between national and sectoral policies and private sector transition plans

  • Different use cases for transition plans in relation to public finance

  • The role of adaptation and resilience in transition planning

Synthesis coming soon.
